El Bulli, Roses, Spain offers the finest dining experience in the world. Ferran Adria is a genius. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to dine at El Bulli during this the last season of the El Bulli restaurant. We wish Ferran Adria continued success and want to thank the El Bulli staff for making this a most wonderful evening. Ferran Adria  and brother Albert along with the three Iglesias brothers have opened "Tickets" and "41 Degrees" in Barcelona which carry on the tradition of inventive cuisine. We attempted to get a reservation at "Tickets" but as with El Bulli, reservations at difficult to come by. I hope you enjoy our video. Great Night!
